Day 301 art meditation … Advent calendar door day December 21 ◉◎⦿◎◉

It is an interesting experiment to sit at the fabulous, round, brown dining room table, in this open first floor of my parents’ house, with Dad reading the newspapers in the living area near me and Mom on both floors getting our Weihnactsstube ready. There is a huge yellow globe lamp from the 1970’s which has been in all the houses we lived in, and it’s hard to capture the gemuetlichkeit that we have here.

I’m trying to integrate myself more authentically everywhere I am, no matter what the memories, getting past the story … I am literally testing out my Heart space and how much stronger it is these years. This is a point to write into, if I ever find the courage. The tears in my throat are also very very interesting. No wonder people don’t want to heal or do inner work, it’s kind of painful, because it’s gradual.
