‘No mud, no Lotus’, said Thích Nhất Hạnh. This is the innermost kernel of how my own All-lines-are-beautiful Heart-Art emerged - organically through the mud. This landscape provided a growing, resting and nurturing period in my life, so that I could fully tap into my inner world to discover surprising new layers of creativity, strength and truth. But most of all - I became clear, and with this new clarity, there is so much new art blooming within me. I want to share this art with the world.

The mud-to-lotus concept is how I work with my Art. It is a Living and ever-evolving process, which is what living through our Hearts is.

Your art is as unique as lotus flowers - plural, because there will be many flowers. The artwork is as expansive and limitless as you allow yourself to be, and in a space that is wide open. Your art distinguishes you. Your art expands as a full expression of your metamorphosis moment, and creates more opening moments.

The Metamorphosis moment in your life is the symbol when you knew your life would change forever. It’s a moment when you felt truly alive, in spite of any challenges. It’s a moment when you trusted and knew yourself the most. This is the symbol that we will plant as a seed to grow the art. All the art Variations will connect abstractly to this first symbol.

It’s not just about the mud. In order to make lotuses we will become a garden together, and set about creating the nurturing environment of sunshine, water and soil to grow the art. Once there are flowers, it is up to you how to tend to the garden.

When I realized that my life is an art-piece that can be formed with thoughts, words and art - I understood that this is what my art center piece should look like. This was one of my biggest metamorphosis moments. If we are very lucky, we get to have them, multiple times. But we have to be willing to work in the mud, and transform it into something beautiful.

Which is the name of my own Heart-Art, “All Lines Are Beautiful”. The logo became a symbol with these meanings:

— the wavy line of my logo represents the ‘mud’ and curvy life-paths in my life,

— the 7 color dots are the moments when I realize something on an Intuitive level,

— the white space represents the wide open creative potential and newness of every day, of course every moment. The potential comes out of patience and silence. Out of the white space, emerge my Love Letters in Motion, and my Heart-Art bundles for you.

Your Art invites you to create. Expressing yourself through Art stretches your Intuition-muscles, and creates new, original ideas, away from templated or familiar scripts. Art helps you tap into new metamorphosis moments. Art deepens our levels of courage, vulnerability and creativity, as well as reflecting your beliefs and teachings. Your art challenges you to feel deeply into your vision.

The abstract sculpture artist Senga Nengudi listens to her art and asks her art what it wants. This emotionally bonded way of relating to her art, made me understand art differently. Now when I work with my artwork, I notice that it expands almost organically. When I am pushing my art the least, the most beautiful and/or interesting art emerges. It is almost as if the Art is leading the way, not me, which feels like wholeness to me.

The purpose of the heart-art is for you to listen to your inner world, in a new way. It’s a constant space of the heart. It’s for you to feel “into”, intuitively. Art touches your spirit. We spend so much of our lives finding places to feed our egos - things like external affirmation, answers that we already know. But there are hidden depths and layers within each of us that we rarely have the opportunity to nurture.

The Art will expand and contract fluidly into new variations, as life does, both as a reflection of your new layers of growth and as a symbol of your new blossoming.

Art taps into our Beings and automatically connects to our heart spaces. Specifically I mean the Art that we love, for some unexplained reason. And potentially art that we don’t love, will push us to ask why, why does the art need to be one way or another? Art teaches us how to accept each moment.

Our mind (ego) is always trying to understand everything - including Art - but if we can manage to quiet ourselves down when we are around our art, so many new layers of ‘Knowing’ will surface. I am sure of it.

The value of Art is a recognition that the world of our Egos is failing us. Art will guide us into the future, with its intuitive information and gentle beauty coming from our Hearts. Art needs to be regarded as a universal sacred space, something that is within each of us to shape something beautiful. What we learn through art, how and who we become, connecting through art and each other, is a new way of Being that can change the world.

My Heart-Art bundles are an invitation to do something new and challenging. My heart-art is an opportunity not to get stuck in your repeating brand message, or in the answers you already know. The invitation is to stretch your mind, no matter how stretched you already think you are.

One of my favorite pieces of honesty comes from actor Hugh Jackman, who explained that if he is too comfortable, he’s probably doing pretty average stuff. Who of us believes in continuously being uncomfortable in order to grow, but stays in their comfort zone anyway?

The bottom line is that although this is a new adventure, my Art supports the space to be your most authentic self. There is no right or wrong thing to say, there is no angle. It’s a space for you to feel into, express and explore new and interesting beauty. My Art combined with your Soul equals Wholeness, or at the very least, a next level of wholeness of Heart.

Finally, I am most excited about what it means to live to our fullest potential, limitlessly and freely. This is what I wish for the most - for all of us, through our Heart-Art.
