All Lines Are Beautiful does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Once the transaction has been completed, i.e. bought, paid for, and sent to the buyer, the transaction is then non-refundable.

Should your purchase arrive damaged during shipping a separate claim must be filled with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received.

For all other product, production time is included in the product description and/or checkout page.

Frames options come in three basic colors: Maple, White and Black colors. Please contact Anne for details.

Frames do not come with Mats.

LUSTRE PRINTS are printed on Kodak Professional Endura or Fujicolor Crystal Archive Super Type PDN Lustre paper. This product is closely related to a Matte finish, with a slight sheen. Lustre printing is industry standard for professional printing and has an archival life of 100+ years. Final prints come without mats or frames.

METAL PRINTS are the most vibrant of all print media, and are created by infusing an image onto raw aluminum. Metal Prints are 2mm thick and are finished with a protective white gloss. The metal substrate used in production has tiny bumps and imperfections that make each piece truly unique. A reprint will only be issued if an imperfection distracts from the image itself.

Metal Print Cleaning & Care Instructions:

Keep Metal Prints indoors and out of direct sunlight. Handle the surface with care to avoid scratching. Avoid stacking Metal Prints on top of each other, as surface abrasions may occur. Metal Prints can be cleaned with a dust cloth or with glass cleaner and a clean rag.

CANVAS PRINTS

Canvas Prints feature high quality canvas material that's stretched around a hollow wood frame. Images are printed on museum grade cotton canvas, and are laminated by a protective gloss for added longevity. Each canvas size is available with a depth of 1.5". Each piece arrives ready to hang with wall bumpers and a pre-installed sawtooth hanger or wire hanger. Color Corrections are available for all Canvas at no additional cost to you! Canvas Prints can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
