Day 317 of 14, 600 Art Meditation

3/26/23, ‘Ocean and the Abalone Shell Heart-Art Bundle’

I look at this piece of art which is possibly less beautiful than some of the circle themed ones, and as the outsider of the set, I am deciding to love it.

One of the reasons that I made shapeshifting art is that the awareness that comes to me/us arrives very slowly. Heart answers. Egos love easy fast answers.

This morning my Beloved ❤️ asked me to please reach out to people who can support me, and the result was a full day of writing - in my HEAD, swimming, cooking and the world’s deepest nap for processing … G’s protective question of me opened me to a feeling …

… A Feeling of a Thought I’ve been trying to push away for years: humans = some kind of hurt, abandonment, and betrayal. (To varying degrees.)

I write Love Letters as a way to stay connected to the human race (!), and up until this morning, I was perfectly content hiding in this space forever. My best friends are Imagined, plus some trees🌳🌲🌿.

I’ve been using it as a crutch, this All lines are beautiful space, when I am also aware of the end game - to connect with people in meaningful ways.

Will I be wholly loved for who I am if I continue to show up this way? 💜 I certainly haven’t been wholly loved BEFORE I started these sacrilegious frivolous self centered latest shenanigans.

I am grateful for the solitude. With Solitude I have learned how to trust myself. Do I really want to do this?

Yes? No.

Into a string of internal Yes’s now.

But here’s the thing. I can’t afford to do everything on my own anymore. With a dash of forgiveness, I’m going to have to open up to people who have the ability to see me, in a way others cannot. Going forward I’m going to need your help. Going forward I have to Expect to be fully supported, changing my own limiting belief.
