“Work with a Life Coach and your Heart will thank you”
I’m so grateful to the ever growing life coaching community because it was S. who I said yes to when I was at my lowest point in life. She entered my life as a coach with the sentence, “I am so excited for you.” At that time I couldn’t even begin to understand what she was talking about.
It takes a strong person to be a good life coach. It takes someone who has done a huge amount of inner work. Also, life coaches may not be “the Answer” - we are so used to looking outside ourselves for solutions. Ultimately everything we do in life is about learning how to trust ourselves more. Listen to our own unique hearts, and not be swayed by anyone, including life coaches. But life coaches - and the mental health professionals - are Healers. And in that sense, they are some of the most beautiful people on earth.
Art always expands, and it also helps us listen to our intuitions. With this art, the words are what came to me as I was working with the art. This Circle Sun Art is the 13th variation series of my own Heart-Art Bundle, which is an expansion of my logo. With my Heart-Art, my intention is to create solid moments of inner knowing and to help hold that inner beautiful space.
